As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, we want to give you our holiday schedule early, so you can plan your orders and inquiries with confidence.
Holiday schedule
- Office team: closed September 25–27, 2026; resumes September 28
- Factory team: closed September 25–26, 2026; resumes September 27
Quotation requests
For quotations to be processed before the holiday, please send your RFQ or BOM to us by 5:30 PM (GMT+8) on September 24, 2026. Anything received afterwards will be handled as soon as our team returns.
Sales support during the holiday
Our sales team will stay reachable throughout the holiday for ongoing projects and urgent matters.
Confirmed orders
All confirmed orders have been scheduled ahead of time. Production and delivery timelines will not be affected by the holiday.
