What files do I need to provide to get a quote?
For a complete quotation, please provide: Gerber files (PCB design), BOM (Bill of Materials) with manufacturer part numbers, component placement files (pick-and-place/centroid file), and the required quantity. For complex projects, assembly drawings or schematics are helpful. If any files are missing, our engineers will guide you.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for PCBA?
There is no strict MOQ. We accept prototype orders from 1 piece and scale to mass production of 100,000+ units. Pricing naturally improves at higher volumes, but quality standards remain identical regardless of quantity.
What is the typical lead time for PCB assembly?

Our turnaround times vary based on project complexity and order volume:

Prototypes: 5–10 business days

Small batches (50–100 units): 10–15 business days

Medium batches (101–1,000 units): 15–25 business days

Large volumes (1,000+ units): 20–40 business days

We also offer expedited services for urgent projects — 48–72 hour turnaround available for prototypes and small batches.

Do you offer DFM (Design for Manufacturability) review?
Yes — every project receives a free DFM and DFA (Design for Assembly) review. Our engineers check for pad geometry issues, component clearances, copper pour rules, and solder mask concerns before production begins, and provide component substitution suggestions where beneficial. We typically deliver DFM feedback within 24–48 hours of receiving your design files.
What quality tests do you perform on assembled boards?
Our standard inspection process covers: Solder Paste Inspection (SPI), Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) after SMT, X-Ray inspection for BGA and hidden solder joints, In-Circuit Testing (ICT) for electrical verification, and Functional Testing (FCT) per customer-provided test procedures. We follow IPC-A-610 Class 2 or Class 3 standards depending on product requirements.
Do you ship internationally? Which countries do you serve?
Yes. We ship to 60+ countries via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and sea freight for larger orders. We assist with full shipping documentation — commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin — to facilitate smooth customs clearance at your destination.
Is my design file kept confidential?
Absolutely. We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before reviewing any design files, upon request. All files are stored on secured internal systems with access restricted to the project team. We do not share, resell, or reproduce any customer designs.
